Working with children and teaching them how to dance has been a love she has carried through the years and recently, Miss Donna started a $500.00 scholarship at the Kingsford High School.

Miss Donna's 2009 dance recital will be calling past students back to perform in the show.

Miss Donna's additional experience includes being a staff member and assistant teacher with the Peninsula Summer Dance Camp for over forty years. She has choreographed and performed in numerous community dance shows. Miss Donna has worked with cheerleaders, pom pom squads, and dance teams. She was asked two years in a row to instruct teachers from the Upper Peninsula Summer Dance Expo on her Celtic dancing which her studio is well known for.

Miss Donna has had three NFL Cheerleaders from her studio, and several students went on to study with professional ballet companies in New York and Germany. Her students have performed at Epcot and Magic Kingdom at Disney World, on a cruise ship, and in the Bahama Islands.

Miss Donna's students have competed on a Regional and National level bringing home hundreds of trophies which are displayed at her studio.
